The staff upgraded us to the duplex panoramic suite since it was our anniversary. the suite was spacious , with sea views on one side and city views on the other. hermès bathroom toiletries added a great touch. we had food in our room for two nights. It was all freshly made.
some amenities were reduced from a previous stay , such as a single complimentary drink during happy hour replacing the open bar.

blown away by this hotel!
amazing servicegreat beachvery nice roomdisrupted experience
wow, what can i say? the beach club was superb and the food was really yum! they took us everywhere in buggies. it made getting around super easy. the rooms, very nice! summersalt beach club is worth a visit!
i found some things were not quite up to par. the tv wasn't working when i got there. staff worked on it a lot and that disrupted things a bit.

the infinity pool is a great facility and the water park is super amazing. the buggy network makes it easy to travel. it runs throughout the resort and is very handy.

The beach club was acceptable. The views were certainly there.
i found the valet service unnecessarily difficult, i was charged a fee upon exiting after only realizing the restaurant's menu was not to my liking. the concierge manager seemed uninterested in the problem. i had to pay an unjust charge.
